Just curious - anyone heard this one?

He only sells on ebay AFAIK, but the design approach and the small amount of comments i could find seem very positive:

There's a thread about the V2 going at head-fi, most users seem to like the neutrality of this amp.

I'll echo what Noseyears said...I haven't heard it either, but when I was researching amps a few months ago this one seemed to be a no-brainer for the price, especially the current version and the prior version (which I think may still be available, not sure). There are some products that seem to have universal praise among the head-fi'ers, and this falls into that category based on what I've seen.
