Yeah, I'm not surprised.  These guys keep recording the same thing over and over again.  There are probably 1,000 different recordings of the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto and yet every up-and-coming soloist re-records it.  I probably have 10 recordings of it already.  Why would I buy another that (probably) sounds just like one I already have?  And if they do record something off the beaten track it tends to not get any radio play.  Here in Boston our big classical stations usually only play stuff my grandmother likes.  Pachelbel's Canon 10x a day and the like.  It's a sad (and rather boring) cycle.
