A quick question.

Did you ever compare how the TADAC performed in your system with and without a separate pre-amp? Do you recommend using the TADAC purely for DAC duties?

Hi Chad:

I actually never did get around to the comparison...it always served DAC duty only into a preamp, but I know a few other TADAC owners who used it for all-in-one duty and they were very pleased with the results. I was so content with the 2-channel performance I was getting that I went back to focusing on speaker upgrades again lol.
