It's not hard to put virtually the same system together:

A couple of nice things about the DN2800MT motherboard are that it uses a mobile (laptop) version of the Atom chip, so it should run cooler than similar boards with a desktop version of the Atom. Also, it takes 12V input, so you don't need to use a picoPSU or similar.

If you need the firewire card for an external firewire drive, add another $13 for the riser card and I/O shield and $30-60 for a PCIe firewire card. You might also use that riser for a wifi card.
