  • The poodle bites, the poodle chews it.
On my way into work yesterday I had a heart attack on my 06 Triumph Tiger, blacked out while doing around 50, somehow missed all of the traffic, went through a corn field and woke up when the bike hit some ruts and was throwing me on my head.
Other than that, an uneventful commute.
Contrary to popular belief, heart attacks can go on for a REALLY LONG TIME!

Have stint in aorta which was 100% blocked, have really strange heart rhythms and am told this is the worst type (of course), blood pressure drops to Night Of The Living Dead Level  and bike needs at least lights and windscreen.

I can't think of any particular words of wisdom other than to try and avoid getting old if at all possible.

  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.

Good news Steve ride slow for a few days.
Please note my alkaline diet currently:
1) Vit. C 1g per day
2) Vit. C with Zinc 1g per day
3) Guarana powder 500mg per day
4) Saffron 500mg per day, aka Curcuma or Curcumin
5) Freshly ground coffee beans 1 cup per day
6) 1 serving of Goji Berry rehydrated with water
7) 1 serving of raw Quinoa with bread.
8 ) Sodium bicarbonate with water.
Guarana powder cleared my circulatory system and no more legs pain, Saffron is an impressive natural anti-inflammatory and Bicabornate raises blood PH.
Maybe you could use 1,2,3,4.
