Post by: EchiDna on 14 Jan 2003, 10:28 am
Hi All, and specifically JohnR, care to shed some more info over here on your mini speaker projects? I'm looking at a gainclone/tangband combo for my pc as the next project to undertake and your rat coffins look just nice for the job ;-)

then I looked into your gallery and saw an upgraded version... care to share a bit on them??

I'm listening to them now. I wouldn't put hifi hopes on them but I think they make a very nice little desk speaker. Actually I have them on the floor in my (very small) living room right now and I'm in the comfy chair about 6 feet away. I put the port on the back and right at the bottom; this seems to give them more at the bottom than you would expect. The very top is awol but u can't have everything ;-)
