:D one of the nicest decks i can imagine,the Walker Audio Proscenium Sig Gold,on the Gon for 24k used.why are more tables not set up with straight arms?? seems they would track 'perfect', is the auxiliaries to much hassle ?? anyway love that deck.i will give you a P9 for your trouble if you make the loan,hee-heee !! :D funny VPI has never had a straight arm. :D

24K will get you a nice house in Detroit.
Sit on it for two years, flip it and make triple or more.
Then, you won't need Vinnie and he won't need your thumbs or kidney. :cry: :cry:

linear tracking arms are great on perfectly flat records, but not so good
on warps.....
It's never perfection, no matter which way you go.

On paper they are perfect.
Using them to play a real record is a different story.

Or three houses in Flint, MI. Seriously, my father in law bought two houses for $7k each and one for $9k. 'cept Flint probably isn't going to come back soon.

I am wondering what types of houses they are for 7-10K? Are these small dilapidated, poor condition homes in terrible areas, or are the prices just a sign of the times?

:D ok then,i still need 24 grand,but i would now like that Indian Dream TT on the Gon right now.you could build a small car from the steel in that rig ?? :D anyone seem or heard one of those???? kinda cool to look at. :o
