Title: Upcoming blues concert: Ruthie Foster & Eric Bibb @ Clayton Feb 26th.

Brief Disclaimer: My wife runs the facility, and booked the performance.

Where: Clayton Center
Date: Friday, Feb 26th
Time: Curtains up at 8:00pm

Should be a fantastic show. During an airing of "Fresh Air with Terry Gross" on NPR, Bonnie Rait and Taj Mahal singled out both Ruthie and Eric as rising stars in the blues industry. If you haven't been to The Clayton Center, it is a wonderful, intimate ~600 seat auditorium.

Ruthie Foster has some serious pipes.  Saw her in a fellow's Victorian home who has converted his parlor into a room for playing and listening.

Dave-

I have tickets to this same show on Saturday in Highpoint. I got them months ago as an anniversary present for me and my girlfriend. Our first date was an Eric Bibb concert in February three years ago (Durham,NC).  Unfortunately, my girlfriend is in nursing school and she has a clinical on Saturday night that she can't get out of. I'm now scrambling to try to get tickets (great seats if possible) to the Clayton show. Any way your wife can help me out?

I'd be glad to return the favor someday -- I am box office manager at the Playmaker's Repertory company here in Chapel Hill, NC.

Also,  I currently have two 4th row seats to the Bibb/foster show in Highpoint on Sat. 2/27 if anyone is interested. Would love to get the $ out of them that I paid -- $29 each.
