Title: Sad day, loss of Richard Beers

Like many I am saddened by the news that Richard Beers the owner of T.H.E. Show has just passed.
Richard was a unique man, he really lived his life the way he wanted and over the years my respect for him grew the better I knew him. (doesn't always work that way you know)
He was honest (sometimes brutally so), fair and genuinely cared about people,  Richard and I had our disagreements but he was a man who could accept an apology, and give one, with an open heart, a rare trait indeed. He really was an exceptional person and I am very very sad that we will not have the pleasure of his company. I'm sure that no one who knew Richard will forget him and that all are saddened by his passing.

Too bad. Although I didn't know him personally, he was a big contributor to the high end audio industry and I'm glad to know his show will go on.
