Title: Cornet2 LED substitution
Post by: G E on 7 Feb 2013, 02:55 pm
DigiKey is back ordered  on the substitute for 754-1235-ND, the 754-1548-ND and I don't want to split the order to Mouser.

I found a couple of possible alternates.  They are not superbright versions and the forward voltage for Red is 2V instead of 1.95V of the 1548 and original spec 1.85V.

Here is another option, the 754-1471-ND

Both of these have the same form factor as original spec.

Will these work?  Appreciate your input!

Both alternatives will work, but this

is better.

Thanks, Jim. Order placed with DigiKey last night and it is already on the way!

The Lansing case and auricaps arrived today, your PC board showed up yesterday.

So, I will be in business shortly.
