I am trying to improve my home automation and was trying to connect the IR Input of the HD-AVP to my IR control processor (RTI XP-3). But the HD-AVP does not react to any commands. Any information if this port is active and should work? Is there a special configuration or special cable required?

So nobody tested it? It doesn't work, right?
That's my assumption after trying various cables (3.5mm Mini-Stereo TRS Male as well as 3.5mm Slim-Mono TS Male). Or what other cable is required for the IR input?
