I changed speakers from PSB X2Ts to Focal Aria 948s. The 948s have an efficiency of 95db as opposed to PSBs which had 88 or something like that. Question is, do I need to send the amps back in to have the bias tweaked or is this not worth the effort?

No,  you're ok......rebias is more needed if there's a big change in your house voltage and / or if you change from / to either a really dark or bright speaker..........
