Just thought I'd chime in that I still am a daily user of ACI kits I built as a grad student in about the 1985 time frame. I seem to recall that they are model G. After all this time, I recently started wondering if it's finally time to replace them, but I'm still very happy with them! Interestingly, The mid cones are still tacky--they have not dried out! All other cones and edges are in excellent shape. The only thing I replaced is the acoustic U-shaped pad above and to the sides of the tweeter, but the foam that surrounds the tweeter is also still in excellent shape.
Amazing pair of speakers that are still running strong!
