Anybody else out there enjoying this as much as I am?

I have always been a fan of the GTA series and this game certainly lives up to its hype imho.

Very much the same structure/controls etc as the previous GTA games (why fix what ain't broke, right?) so it is possible to jump straight in and get going.

The graphics are fantastic...The level of detail is really quite impressive considering it is an 'open world, do anything, go anywhere you want' type game. I guess this is the most notable difference from the previous games.

Highly addictive too! I am going back to it!

The story in GTA4 is fun to play (and just messing around)...  but the frame rate on PS3 is pretty bad.  I would gladly trade some draw distance or detail for a smoother frame rate.  It gets very choppy when you are driving fast.

Im up in the air about playing it. I will probably end up getting it. I played GTA on my PSP. It was a lot of fun. I thought a lot of it was hype, I mean a few magazines gave it a 10/10. Isnt their some kind of Cardinal, Bishop, Pope rule that you never ever give out a perfect score!
