I had a glass lid fail last night and ruined the contents of the stock pot. The lid had been on the pot for several hours, the pot was 3/4 full of liquid on a low flame. All of a sudden there was a "KRACK" and the entire lid became crazed, the same way an auto windshield cracks. It then completely fell apart. This stock pot & lid is at least 20 years old. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Where can I find a replacement, either glass or SS?
