Hi All,
First off, I consider myself a beginner audiophile compared to some of you here, so please keep that in mind.
Since my gf and I just purchased our first home that will require lots of love, I'm temporarily on a short leash budget wise if I want to avoid the dog house. (The Super 7s with triple subs will have to wait).
I am looking for ideas on how to use the drivers I have on hand as best as I can to complete my setup. I'd say it's 75% home theater, 25% music.

Currently I have Danny's upgraded X-Statiks that I like very much.
I managed to find 3 subs online. I have 2 x SW-12-16FR and one SW-12-08 (not FR). What would be your recommendations on how to best use these three drivers? I was thinking a sealed sandbox for the sw-12-08.
For the center, the X-Voce seems like an obvious match for the X-Statik.
I'm debating about surrounds. AV1RS ? AV-O ? other ?

My home theater room is about 14' wide with walls on each side. About 35' long.

I agree with your approach.

I'd save up for two more SW-12-16FR drivers and make dual servo subs that would be useful with HT and music. In the meantime, I'd make a sealed sub from your SW-12-08. And you certainly have the space for A/V-O's, so that would be my suggestion, as well.
