Just got my MM DeCapo's and am truly amazed at the midrange andalso   the bass. My next step is trying the Osiris stands which I'm using now (without any filler)and then the 10"mapleshade gibralter maple stands. BTW anyone try Quicksilver amps with these speakers? And does filling the Osiris stands with sand make a "great " difference in the sound?

Fill the stands.. Makes a big difference. You can use Dry sand or buckshot. Also, you can fill the stand with both sand and buckshot. The sand fills in around the buckshot.

Thanks for the tip. I guess I'LL need one mother of a funnel to get all that sand in.
