The copper pipes that connect power to the monoblock amplifier boards in the x-CHerry multi-channel amp series!

With all that exposed copper, do you need to worry about oxidation?

Since the connections are soldered, the pipe may not be as shiny 10 years from now, but it will have the same ultra low resistance to the amps.
-
Seems like an odd way to do it given the performance of a well designed PCB.

Received a question about the "why", and the answer's simple.... Ultra low resistance for the power that feeds the amps!
....and we thought of using a PCB since the original design was a motherboard with our 1kW Cherry "mini boards", then cards, then we graduated to something that's only doable with true craftsmanship. This is no mass-market amplifier system! This is Cherry 8)

We have a KING 4-CHerry for sale, built and fully tested, but never used other than that.... Email Support@DigitalAmp.com for info. We also have some demo deals....
