Purchased in 2011 and according to the paperwork is version 8.2. This one has dual mono volume controls, 1 balanced input and 1 balanced output. A couple of small nicks on the top plate. The badge is skewed but that's the way it came. These were meant to run off a battery power supply which is not included in the sale. However, it does come with a cable to connect to the a power supply. I never used it as I used a power supply similar to the one in the link below which needed a different cable:
