We need to create a banned music list for RMAF, and kill any one that plays anything off that list.  And I feel his pain, some one queued up Neil Young when I was in there yesterday. :cuss:

I played a cut off of Neil Young's Live at Massey Hall 1971 (vinyl) in every room I visited. A great, well-recorded live album with great dynamics.

I remember when you played it in the Vandersteen room at RMAF11.  I felt like I was at the concert.

I'm pretty sure those electrostatic speakers someone asked about were King Labs, same as last year's RAMF.

The Odyssey speakers this year were floorstanders!  Did they sound better than last year's stand-mounted?

Actually they are the same speaker just in floor stander form, the internal volume for the woofer is the same.

As always guys, really appreciate the process (work / play, you decide) that you performed. I am curious though, do you ever get the look from the manufacturers where you can see it in their face and it reads Oh Shite, its them again? Would love to follow you guys around sometime.

Safe travels home

And how do you keep the copper from oxidizing long term?
A good example of what is wrong with the hobby IMHO... no phono stage is worth $35K. I mean, WTF...

Great work as usual Tyson and Jason!

I also want to give a "shout out" and a word of thanks to you, Tyson and Jason, for your RMAF show coverage. :thumb: It is much appreciated, and I know it took a lot of work. I got more out of your comments and photos this year, then I did from actually attending the show in person last year! :o

What are those beeeyoootiful copper components?!?!

All the copper components are ultra high end from NBS made in MN just outside Twin Cities.  The only NBS components we employed were the AC Mains Filter on the floor and the CDP (uppermost/rightmost copper component, upper box all minus power supply, lower box is PS).
