Title: Isolation/Coupling footers for light gear, like PS3
Post by: gooberdude on 28 Jan 2011, 02:11 am
Can you guys recommend any Herbie's footers that might work effectively with a PS3?

Most of my gear sits on Mapleshade footers but the PS3 is lightweight. Metal footers aren't a good solution, no grip on the underside. It slides around when inserting discs. The power cord is a fairly thick Flavor 2 power cord, but it doesn't torque the player much.

Not sure if i'm interested in isolation footers.  Draining vibes often yields better results to my ears. But the plastic PS3 is new to me, and i'm open to anything.

thanks in advance for any opinions or 1sthand experience.

ultimately it will sit on an air dried maple platform, if that matters.

A set of four Baby Booties w/adhesive works very well with PS3. (Grungebuster Dots and Extra-Thick grungebuster Dots work very well, also.)
