Title: BOT-1 Problems

My BOT-1 is not picking up any information of the CD nor the information of the CD tracks. Under Media Player, the CD information is not picked up, only "Unknown Artist 9c0e/130a" is displayed.  When I click on that, only track numbers show up under "Now Playing".  I am running S2.24 2016-02-08 on the BDP-2.  Please help.

Hello Isaac,

I had similar sounding problems with BOT-1 a while back. I worked it out that I had opened the CD Back Up app and inserted a CD before I connect the BOT-1. I unplugged the BOT, closed the Back Up page. I then plugged BOT back in, made sure green light was on, then opened Back Up, inserted CD, and all was ok.  I updated to latest firmware this morning and all is working well with BOT-1 as regards CD info being displayed.
