hmmm, glad you got it all fixed, maybe there is a problem with the outlets on the back of the rec.? or maybe the outlets were effecting the FM antenna?
about the cutting out in stereo, one of my Kenwood KR-8010 does that same thing, if I push the stereo/mono button, it is fine in mono, but when I go back to stereo the right channel cuts out, real weak, atfirst I thought something happend to the amp, but later found out the pot is just dirty (tried clening it though) or probaly just old, and needs to be replaced, inwhich I am not going to do, so it stays. soultion? just don't push the button, although it dosn't do that all the time, I really have no reason to go into mono (unless I am bored, and have nothing better to do) but like when I would put it back in stereo, I would have to keep like flicking the switch two dozen times, or push it in half way etc...
are you going to try and repalce the lights that are bad?
