tb12 has always needed a superb offensive line and a run game to enable him to do his slice and dice -- despite his advanced age, he has neither this year, so the poor performance is entirely predictable

the russell wilson thing is harder to understand...  has his decline been this precipitous in the last couple years?  he wasn't this bad in fairly recent memory, now it seems that he just can't move, and it is amazing he can't process mentally either

will be fun to see how far the eagles and cowboys can go... giants and redskins (er commanders) should be one and done if they become wild cards

That was one of the most boring games I've ever seen.

Jets gave the Vikes everything they had.  Best take:  Appears Zach Wilson will be serving Gatorade for a while Mike White continues to learn, make plays and be their starter.

Good news, Bills are the top seed…
Bad news, the entire AFC is a beast  :o

Interesting MNF game, Brady and TB winning with two touchdowns in the last couple minutes.  I went to sleep thinking the game was over and woke up to turn on PFT on Peacock to have Florio and Sims highlighting the over the top holding from TB's right tackle that wasn't called, for the most part.  Florio said game aren't fixed for any particular team, but there's pressure on the officials to keep games close.  Competitive games are good for the league and keeps people watching on TV.  Goddell was asked a couple years ago if he rooted for any team, he said he rooted for the team that was behind.  Now we have more one score games than any time in NFL history.  So do you think the NFL is pushing officials to let the team behind play?

I’m not sure of any conspiracy with the refs, but across the board there have been A LOT of very questionable calls at big moments in games. Let’s face it holding can be called on just about every play. Personal foul penalties are pure judgment and should be reviewed! Far too much judgement is put in a refs hands. I understand they are human and reviewing every call will hold up the game, but 15 yards is a lot of field to gain from a bad call!

Vegas baby !!!

Seriously though as I've grown older I care less and less about all pro sports, maybe even less when it comes to football.  The fundamentals of the game are so eroded , too many players looking for the ESPN highlight moment ......

Whatever happened to the “fullback”?

Pittsburgh has one, Derek Watt, JJ's and TJ's little brother, he got a first down last week.  Cam Heyward's little brother is a tight end on the team and scored a TD on Sunday.   They're both more special teams players than anything else, but it's a family affair here in the Burgh.

Again last night, the Rams were literally strangling Crosby.  No call.  I simply cannot believe there's not an edict from 345 Park Ave to not call holding on possible game winning drives at the end of games.  It's just way too obvious.

The Raiders helped with a couple of ill timed penalties as well. It was exciting watching Baker do his thing with only a day of prep.

The Giants aren't exactly terrorizing Philadelphia.

I haven't seen this in a long time: the network switched away from the Giants/Eagles to Cowboys/Texans while the game was in the 3rd quarter.

interesting to see how far niners get with a young'un at qb.... (just not the young'un we thought )

iggles lookin more and more like the real deal

brady and crew just washed...  depressing to witness, bucs were competitive for what ... 15 minutes?
