Internal speaker wire

Internal speaker wire

If you look at the image below you will see a wire that I found when looking for internal speaker wire. You’ll notice 4 separate strands of wire. The one at the top I assume is the shielding, one wire down from that is the drain wire (I think?), and the other two wires are your positive and negatives leads.

My first question is, where would I connect the drain wire to inside of my speaker so that I have an effective shield. My second Question is below the first image



My second question is, is this gauge of wire substantial enough for internal speaker wires? If not can I just run more of these cables in parallel to essentially have a wire of a thicker gauge? The specs of the wires can be found below. The negative and positive cables are listen as the conductors and are 26 AWG
