This is a question for Jim of for anyone that has heard both the Veracity HT1TL and the Veracity ST.  I'd like to know how similar the sound is between these two speakers and if there are certain sound characteristics that are particularly different, what are they.

I'm not sure even Jim would have the aural memory to compare those speakers.  My guess is that the Veracity will go almost as deep as the HT1 TL and do so with higher sensitivity.  I suspect they measure very similarly, but MTM's don't sound exactly like MT's.    The MTM may have a slightly more "focused" sound in the lower treble.  Which is preferable will depend on the listener and what's being listened to.
