About 3 months ago I started playing my old music collections again. Hooked up an old dvd/cd player to a tuner and a pair of Bose my neighbor friend gave me. Made space in the hobby room for it. And the cliche of a journey has not stopped since.

Hello. I'm rather new to all things audiophile, but happily learning what I can.

I followed a research and a discussion to this website. It became a necessity that I register, so I could ask questions, maybe find some answers.

There's never been a better time to get into audio with CD quality streaming providing low cost access to millions of albums, miniaturized and convenient electronics, and high value active monitors.
