Took possession of my Kismet Monitors yesterday.  All I can say is WOW!  Amazing speaker.  They are absolutely gorgeous sounding.

My entire system is Odyssey and I have to say the best sound I have ever had in my listening room.

Congratulations on your new speakers!

Though I have never gotten to hear them, I have read nothing but good comments about Klaus' speakers.

Hi Klaus:

Can you tell me more about the Kismet monitors? Drivers, ported, frequency response, etc...they look to be ~ 0.75-1 cu. ft.?...

I looked on your website, but couldn't find them listed.

Thanks;

Those are beautiful! You’re going to love them. That room they’re in is awesome.
That looks like a VPI Prime. Which one?

It is a VPI Prime Signature.

I have not placed in decoupling devices under the speakers or stands as of yet.  Still playing with speaker positioning.

All the folks who have heard the speakers are simply floored. They are truly amazing sounding.

Thanks.
Speaker placement is everything. I’ve had mine for a couple of years, and I’m still playing around with placement!
I’m jealous of the space you have to work with. I wish I could pull mine out that far into the room. Are you going for nearfield?

Yes, near-field setup.  It might take a little bit to get them where I want them but they still sound amazing!
I am very thankful to have been able to get them-best speaker I have ever owned bar none....
