Are there any known issues with the HagUSB and VIA chipsets?
There's another manufacturer of a USB>S/PDIF converter and it will not work with many VIA chipsets. Via chipsets are usually on motherboards that work with AMD processors and not Intel procesors. Intel ususally works with other chipset manufacturers.
