I live a little closer, just out side of Flagstaff. I have the best of both with 2-12' servo in a H frame OB in my Super 7s and a sealed 12'' servo  that covers 70hz down. Stop by if your in the area, but someone should warn you the these subs are addicting. 

Definitely.  Don't listen if you don't want to get hooked.

I would definitely try but I can only get 16" away from the wall.
