  Hello All

trying to update the firmware on my HD AVP.
I've downloaded the firmware from nuprimes site and put it on a USB stick. According to the instructions on their site I should plug it into one of the 3 USB ports and press enter on upgrade.
I get a no update is found message.
On the rear of the HD AVP is a micro USB port with USB upgrade written next to it. I have tried that port with an adapter with the same results.
any suggestions?

Is the USB thumb drive formatted to FAT32?

Have you tried powering up the HD-AVP with the USB thumb drive already connected to the Micro USB upgrade port?

 No, I haven't.
wasn't aware of that format.
I do some googling.

If the update files are contained inside of a folder try taking them out of the folder and then eliminate the folder.

Are you using a Windows computer?

Look at the files in My Computer, Computer or Windows Explorer, right click on each and select Properties and see if they are blocked.  If so, click the Unblock button.

 it doesn't give me the option to block or unblock. I'm using windows 8.1

Yes, that's confusing, but you've tried both.

I downloaded some firmware upgrade files from the Nuprime site and they were blocked, but yours may not be.

Figured out how to unblock them. Now when i try to install in recognizes the USB and says it will begin to install then I get the same message as a progression screen appears at zero %
