Room treatment help
« on: 16 Mar 2020, 01:25 am »
Hi
My listening room is a basement room that has half walls so it's a bit open to other surrounding areas. The general space is 14.5' x 22' x 7'7" (h). The speaker fronts area about 3' off the wall. See the photos but you'll see that there are windows behind the speakers + a 75" TV in btwn the speakers and the area behind the sofa is 22' deep but the center portion extends much deeper than 22'. I am willing to hang treatments in front of the windows if that's helpful.
I also have REW measurements if anyone wanted to volunteer to review those!
Given the geometry of the room, can I expect improvements?
What does everyone suggest I consider doing for room treatments?
Thanks!!!

Hi!

Send me a pm, where I can provide you an email and you can send me the .mdat files for the REW measurements.

If you are available Wednesday, we can talk on the phone (if you are in US/Canada) which might be more expeditious as well so there is a sequential conversation.

Best,
Anand.

Take advantage of Anand, he's well versed in REW and more.   :thumb:
