I have a strong sense that you are speaking English but it must be a strong vernacular to which I am unaccustomed. It's very acronym heavy.

My OPPO came with no instructions that I can remember or locate. I have no idea how to program it.

As for files and such, I haven't moved into that realm yet. I'm still at the tangible software stage. Is there hope?

P.S  Save and file this owners manual.

Welcome to the world of HiRez music with acronyms.

Info on the Oppo 980 is at this link.  The manual is online.

The coaxial output sample rate selection setup should be in the setup menus.

You should be able to play any CD or DVD-A recordings with that setup.  Even DVD-Video recordings have HiRez soundtracks on occassion in two channel format.

EDIT: Ted beat me to it!  Also latest firmware revisions on that page.
