The real problem isn't your house. The real problem is your immune system isn't work in the best way to serve you. The number one influence on this is gut flora; but sometimes undiagnosed problems with things you ingest, typically wheat.
Do what you can with the HVAC system, but consider you can make changes that will supersede them.
