The room is yet an untouched or un-remodeled room in our new house. So I set up a temporary listening room so I could get my work done that involves listening. I basically just took my room treatment that I take to the shows and through it in there to make something work.

The NX-Treme's are sounding pretty good in there. And I have NX-otica's and the new Studio Monitors on hand in there as well.

And what every listening room needs. A super comfy zero gravity chair.

So any of you guys that need to hear something get yourselves over here.

That’s actually a pretty comfy chair. I’ve done worse while in my “in-between” stages. Good luck with the new room :thumb:

What is the width of the room and what is the distance between the inside edges of the towers?

The room is 17' wide and the speakers are 6'and 3" apart.

I think it came from Ace Hardware. I think it was on sale for $49. It is easy to move around and easy to tilt. It even locks the tilt if you want it to. You can get them just about anywhere. I saw a bunch of them the other day at Big Lots.

Do you usually put diffusors behind open baffle speakers?

Yes, especially in the center stage.

Diffusers from P.I. Audio.

Thanks.  I see the center diffuser on their website, but not the tall back corner ones.  The ones on their website have horizontal slots, but yours appears to just have vertical slots.  Discontinued product ???

I don't know what they are offering now, but they made those for me.
