I mentioned several ready built TPA's in a previous post. The inexpensive 6N3 tube preamps are a great match and ordering straight from Chinese vendors on eBay is no longer an issue. There's a nice 6N3 in a handsome enclosure on the bay for $150.
The preamp in my picture is a Nobsound NS-O1P found on Amazon for $260 and shipped from a US warehouse. Loaded with 3 vintage 12AX7 Telefunkens it sounds better than my Conrad Johnson.
