Any interest in a gathering for a no disc night?

Bay area members,

I have sold a bunch of gear over the past few years and many folks  that came to my home to audition were interested in learning more about streaming and going discless.

So a thought. If there was enough interest I though I'd host a session to demo and share experiences.

My demo rig would include:

iMac as server
Modwright (Logitech) Transporter - receiver and dac
Logitech Duet (alternate to transporter)
Airport express With optical out to dac (alternative to transporter)

Control via iPad for library, Pandora, Internet radio...

Rest of my rig is a Modwright SWL 9.0SE preaamp, Adcom GFA-5802 amp run in full bi-amp mode, and Dali Helicon 400's.

If anyone is interested in hearing this gear or learning more about going discless, I would host a gathering. And bring your own gear too for comparisons.

Forgot to mention.  Home is in Danville in the east bay. Could make an evening of it including barbecue and drinks.

I'm interested. I have an Audioengine D2 and/or Auraliti PK 90 I could bring.

I live in San Francisco and would like to come also.   I will be out of town the next two weekends and then I have some free time.

Ok cool guys. We have three interested now. Looks like a Friday or Sunday night is best. I prefer Friday but m flexible for Sunday if better for the group.

Stay tuned for a few proposed dates.

I PM'd everyone on this to begin organizing.

BTW here is my system. Has been updated since I originally posted. Dali Helicon 400's have been replaced with Merlin VSM MX, and the Adcom GFA-5802 replaced with a Pass Labs XA30.5
