3BSST when in standby makes a small hum

I have two other 3bsst`s that do not make a sound

This one does make a hum,so I have to turn the breaker off at the back,so sad

What are my options

I have disconnected the preamp

Hum/buzz is still there,possible power supply

When power up the hum goes away
