Two packages come to mind:
1) Audacity - an unbelievable audio reimagination tool. My use case is archiving vinyl both saving the audio into tracks and cleaning up the noise. It can do much more and is available cross-platform: https://www.audacityteam.org/

2) HWINFO64 - allows access to an incredible amount of hardware details including monitoring temps, fan speed, and most other system details. Free for personal use: https://www.hwinfo.com/

Enjoy!
