« on: 7 Mar 2009, 07:51 pm »
Located on the beautiful Central Oregon Coast in the quaint town of Lincoln City.

This event wouldn't be possible without the generous offer of Average Joe to offer his brand new home.
(even after my wife had a chance to speak to Joe's wife)
Saturday October 10th

Equipment setup and calibration on Friday October 9th.
Additional listening and breakdown Sunday Ocotber 11th.

The primary focus of this event will be floorstanding/tower speakers

We will gladly welcome any gear or speakers attendees wish to bring!

Please feel free to send me a PM for more information and to sign up.
For those wishing to sign up, please include in the message your real name, where you are traveling from and what equipment you wish to bring.

I can't wait to hear those new Salk towers in person!

I know it's still pretty early, but we haven't forgot about all that signed up.  We'll be posting more information and sending PM's to all who signed up in the not to distant future.

For those who are planning on staying in the Lincoln City area, make sure you book your room early.  If you need info on accomodations in the area, please feel free to send me a PM.

I would be willing to supply our amplifier, preamp and possibly source if needed, for this get together.  Just let me know.

My wife is due to have our baby on or about Oct. 19th and I will be just getting back from RMAF, so I don't know that I want to be away from home at that time.

Please let me know.  I would be honored to provide the electronics for this speaker demo.  Our KWA 150 amp will be able to drive ALL of these speakers very well and would be an excellent complement I believe.

Thanks,

Dan W.

Dan, I am 98% certain I am attending and I would be thrilled to pinch hit for you.  I'm ~90 minutes from LC.  We can fine tune things as the event gets closer.

And, most importantly, congratulations on the pending new addition to the family!
