Jason, I haven't been inside of a PowerCon to check out all of the prticulars, but I think the edge woulkd go to the PowerCon.  I LIKE PowerCons... a lot!  I wish that more industry types had picked up on this electrical connector.  It makes way too much sense.

The 15A IEC C13/14 combination is merely OK in my book.  I greatly prefer the C19/20 combo.  A lot more spring tension in the fingers and beefier conductors.  The PowerCon has the added advantage of a locking connector which is a great engineering practice when it come to AC.

As an aside, of all of the international plug/receptacle combos that I have used in construction of units shipped overseas, I like the Australian plug/redeplacle set the best.  BIG and beefy.  The European Schukos have a tensioned ground connection that will eventually loose tension.

My $1.98
