Nope, no pictures yet. The face plates are in my suitcase (yes, i'm already packed) and the amps are in Denver. You'll just have to wait for the show reports.

For those interested in the rest of the gear:

This system was built around the Purity Ultra GT Silver linestage which will be going into a pair of the mono bloc version of our Harmony buffer before feeding the Cherry Mono Ultra amps.

I'll let Tommy chime in on any show specials he is having but Purity is offering 10% off any product up to the Reference and 15% off the Silver Statement and Ultra GT if ordered before Sunday (last day of show).

Should be a great system and stunning show

He even stated that the amps they are running now (MacAlister) don't have the guts to power the VR44-As.......

unfortunately, that isn't really the way things worked out - the tube amps were in standby mode... seems there was some sort of compatibility issue w/the cherry's and the active vsr's, unfortunately...

I understand but it's still disappointing. The active bass on the VR44-A doesn't show off one of the things the Cherries do so well --- deep and tight bass. Many happy Cherry owners have said that the Cherry amp makes their speakers sound bigger. Hope the show was fun for everyone either way! Thanks to all who commented.

I would like to thank Bill and Joe for giving the Cherry MONO ULTRAs a try. They jumped through some firey hoops to make it happen. Great guys and wonderful to work with. I want one of their preamps , too. Awesome stuff!
