IS THIS A FUSE PROBLEM

I get nothing but static coming out of my mid-range and tweeter in my left output of my 2ch Extreme..The right channel is fine but my left sounds like shit..I have had this amp for years,and I have switched amps and speakers and have narrowed it down to the left channel output of the Extreme..I am getting sound out of the left channel, so I am thinking it cant be a fuse problem...Am I right?

Thank You Marbles...I do have the fuses out...I dont know if I am going blind or what,,I cannot read this fuse....What size do I need

There's a spare fuse in the IEC plastic base, a bit of a trick to get it open.
