This topic are for heavy height equip and transportation land, air and more...

FNM = kindly named Fenemê by the public this brand was a brazilian factory though 1942 to 1985, initially made engines to planes and after trucks basec on the Isotta-Fraschini D80.

Due lack of gov support it was bought by Alfa-Romeo which was bought by the powerful Fiat.
A in line 6 cylinders, if my memories serve me well near this truck the engine roar was over 90dB, it was very loud, a conversation would be difficult:

This truck had 3 manual gearboxes and 3 handlebars:

Some photos:

This truck had a very strong chassis, today yet there is some old models from 60/70 working gargo short distance.
Current crop of trucks just run 10 years.

Hi FULLRANGEMAN.
Thanks for the link, very interesting.
In what country is that train with three locomotives and 59 wagons?
How does it sound on your HE-400 ?

FRM - Yes indeed. If there's one thing we have in abundance in North America, it's trees. And LOTS of them.  :thumb:
I've seen that video before, it's great to watch at night after a hard day work. Very relaxing.
There are a few more videos shot from that same location.

Guy - I'm pretty sure that is in China

Scott,
Do you want to sell that B model Mack pick up? Does it have a quad-box trans with 2 shifters?

When I first started trucking over 35 years ago the gentleman that taught( audiophile speak taut) me how to drive my 61 B-model said that if I could drive this I can drive anything on the road.
He wasn't lying and I have.

Wow... As interesting as that is to watch, it's one of the stupidest things I've ever seen happen on a road open to the general public.
I thought "Arab drift" was stupid, this is ten times more stupid. So much potential for injuring innocent bystanders.
