Yes with the demand for a smaller line than the RA8 we have just finished the RA6C

Close up of the veneer from the front to the top of the cabinet.

Rear view of the RA6C center channel sealed cabinent.

This center is 42" wide 8" tall with a depth of 14"
This design was to use the XBL woofers on the outer woofers and the design same cabinet can be ported or sealed all room dependant.

The above RA6C is for a customer who has the RA8's we did in Walnut with a custom dye for him.Once out of the finish shop we will get some more photos of the RA6C.The towers are in the works now.

Very nice :D.

Will your RA8s in the future also be able to have the outer woofers with XBL^2 technology? If so, I would think one would also have the option of going sealed or ported. That would be nice. One could eliminate the need for a subwoofer or increase the ease with which one could be integrated... kind of the best of both worlds.

The RA8 does have the option when people order them finished or kits to add the XBL M-130 drivers to them.
As far as not needing a sub the RA8 and RA6 will have the same low end response as they use the same drivers, with more added presence to the RA8 as it has more drivers. Not a change in that aspect of the 2 but the M-130X drivers as any XBL driver sounds like it plays lower due to the lower distortion from the XBL and the flatter BL of the XBL drivers.

Will you still need a sub for larger rooms with lower response that 45hz for most.
But some in smaller rooms find with room loading some people find they just like the range they are getting of the 40hz range and for go a sub.

Interesting. With the XBL option, it seems that Danny's new OB7 is a natural competitor. His has an open baffle with the BG planar tweeter and all the woofers below whereas yours has a closed box with your ribbon tweeter and the woofers below and above. Can't really go wrong either way... I think it mostly comes down to personal taste.
