Industry Participants were inadvertently omitted from permissions for the Critics Circle - Cables section. I have added them to the board, so it should work now. Thanks much for finding that bug, rollo!
As for the missing posts, only Admins have the ability to remove posts. We only do it if Mod moves thread to Quarantine first. Circle moderators cannot remove or split posts, they can only move the entire thread to Quarantine if necessary, which he obviously didn't do. In any case, any post removed by Admin would automatically land in IGWB, but there's nothing there from the review thread. Maybe the poster accidentally removed his own posts shortly after submission? I think that doesn't land in IGWB. I'll have to check.
EDIT: I checked, members do not have the ability to remove their own posts after submission, only modify.
