I plan to put insoles in all my flat shoes .

One word - Superfeet - https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/

My hiking buddy raved about Superfeet insoles but I resisted. I couldn't believe the thin $50 Green insoles would be better than my cheap fat soft squishy insoles... until I got heel pain. I finally tried a pair and instantly no pain. I have no idea how these insoles do it, but they work. Now I get a new pair of Superfeet about once a year (they do wear out).

You may need the Everyday Pain Relief model:
"Alleviates common foot, arch and heel pain, including pain from plantar fasciitis. VIBRAM® Diflex Therapeutic Foam and carbon-fiber reinforced support create Superfeet’s adaptive orthotic shape and design."

Superfeet also offers a custom 3-D printed insole for problem feet.

It sounds  like you probably have Plantar Fascitis.  I am a physician and have been dealing with it myself on and off for years. I also see about a dozen patients a year with it.  Heel spurs are over diagnosed and we see them as incidental findings on foot and ankle xrays all the time.  They rarely cause pain and they are over diagnosed by inexperienced non radiologist and non orthopedic, non podiatrist doctors.  Oral and injectable steriods can help along with stretching exercises.  You will also need orthotic  insoles with an arch support and metatarsal lift.  Shuler shoes sells them.  Avoid shoes with heels, and avoid going barefoot.  Avoid flip flops, they do more harm.

These house sandals will help.  I don't go anywhere without them.  You must be on a strict regime to avoid chronic recurrences.

Foot braces similar  to this that you wear at night help keep things stretched out, some pharmacies sell them.

My advice, is go see a podiatrist or an orthopedic doctor who specializes in the foot and ankle and get a proper diagnosis before doing anything.  Don't self diagnose or self treat. Don't buy anything, even what I have suggested. You could have something else going on and do more harm.

FYI, plantar fascitis causes the worst pain in the morning when you first get out of bed.  Those first few step are crazy painful.  The feet can hurt all day and night during severe flare ups.

I looked at that site.  While they do have some products that can help with PF, not all of them will help treat it.  The GEL heel cups or pads do not treat PF.  You need an arch support and in most cases a Metatarsal lift.  Something like these-

Be aware, that if you decide to go the orthotic route, wear them for about 30-60 minutes a day until you get use to them or they will hurt your feet and you will hate them.  Gradually wear them longer. You will need shoes with removable insoles to use them.
