Unhappy Tone Audio Pub customer
« on: 13 Aug 2008, 11:52 am »
I really did not want to post this in a public forum, but I'm not getting much satisfaction from the folks at Tone Audio. I purchased the CD-ROM subscription to Tone Audio back in April through PayPal. Hadn't received anything by July 20th and contacted Tone Audio by e-mail. Jeff said to confirm my address (it is already confirmed in PayPal) and he would get it out to me. Over three weeks later and still no CD-ROM and no one is responding to my most recent e-mail sent several days ago. I hope someone at Tone Audio will see this and respond.

Sorry pal, got a couple of family members in the hospital right now
and I've been fairly off world for about a month on and off.

And I sent you an email yesterday, asking you if you wanted to
wait until issue 17 comes out in about ten days, but you didn't
respond.

Your disc will go out tomorrow....

Jeff,
Thanks for taking care of this. Never received your response concerning Issue #17 though.
Best regards, Mark
