My Nissan radio started to repeat a song until you select another song. Meaning, if I listen to a particular song, it will keep repeating it indefinitely. Is there a setting on the radio I don't know about?

Is it possible that the repeat (RPT) button was accidentally pressed?

It looks like on some Nissan models this will display "RPT" on the LCD screen when it's on. Your radio (or "entertainment system") might be different.

Many car systems have a setting for repeating tracks or tracks within a folder or playing random tracks across the various folders.  It is often accessed via going into audio settings.  Of course I don't know the year or the model.  I had a friend who had a Nissan (several years back) and it could play MP3s or WMA audio files.  It could handle 11 folders and each folder (Windows requirement I believe) is limited to 255 songs.

I figured it out. There was a on-screen button that repeats songs. I didn't realize it was selected.
