BDP-3 updated,delivery

I’m trying not to be biased but received an email Friday saying a signature was required for FedEx delivery of my upgraded BDP-3. I stayed home all day received an email around noon stating the package would be delivered between 2:55-8:00PM. At 8:30 tonight called FedEx Customerservice and asked where’s my package. They said they can’t track it because it went ground which is contracted out. They have no way of getting in touch with the contractor. However they can rerout my package tomorrow which will mean I can’t pick it up till Wednesday. I know a lot of you can’t stand UPS but my driver always make’s the deliveries.

Sorry for the rant!

8:52 PM delivery exception back in the building. Called Fedex and they didn’t know why. Ask for a supervisor and one will call me between 3:30 & 5 tomorrow. Any bets.LOL
Can’t afford to wait around tomorrow.  I’ll pick it up Wednesday which is out of the way.
